Apply to be our next automotive showroom sales representative today to lift your negotiation skills to new heights!Compensation: $36,000 - $100,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Adhere to dealership standards and policies of superb customer satisfaction throughout the sales and negotiation process * Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their vehicle selections * Welcome customers to the showroom floor with professionalism and offer assistance to support auto sales * Present used and new cars through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs * Drive current and future auto sales by maintaining an accurate customer database * Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor to present a professional environment that supports automotive sales * Answer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, applications processes and consult the sales manager as needed * Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their vehicle selections * Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales * Present used and new cars through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs * Leverage negotiation skills without compromising customer satisfaction to carry out the sales process following dealership standards and policies * Qualifications: * Preferred sales associate experience within an auto dealership setting * Strong time management, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must to uphold customer satisfaction * Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor's degree is considered a plus * Must have a valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record About Company Street Volkswagen of Amarillo is the only Volkswagen dealership in Amarillo.
