Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to drive business growth. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be essential in converting prospects into valuable clients. Duties * Key Responsibilities: * B2B Emailing & Outreach: Create and execute cold email campaigns to generate and nurture leads, and engage with prospects through warm calling to introduce our products and services. * LinkedIn Prospecting : Build relationships and connect with decision-makers to drive lead generation. * Lead Qualification : Qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach; manage leads and customer interactions in Salesforce and other tools. * Sales Collaboration : Work with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation strategies and business development initiatives. * Telemarketing : Participate in telemarketing campaigns to promote offerings and generate interest among target audiences. * Customer Service : Provide exceptional service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a smooth lead generation process. * Market Analysis : Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates. Qualifications * Proven experience in inside sales or lead generation, preferably within the technology sector. * Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail. * Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or business development is a plus.
