Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for wellness and customer service with a strong ability to promote infrared and red light therapy services. As a Glow Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our clients, ensuring they feel relaxed and rejuvenated while also promoting our range of services and products to fit their needs.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming clients and addressing their needs promptly.
• Conduct studio tours and educate clients on the benefits of infrared therapy, red light therapy and halotherapy.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the client experience.
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including processing credit card payments and making notes to better enhance the client experience.
• Maintain an organized stock of products, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and displays are appealing.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client records efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and inviting studio, while maintaining time management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic math skills ideal to assist clients with membership vs package financial decisions, and inventory management.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge effectively during tours and while assisting clients over the phone.
• A proactive approach to upselling services and products to enhance client satisfaction.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• A friendly outgoing demeanor with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and connect with clients.
