Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for wellness and customer service with a strong ability to promote infrared and red light therapy services. As a Glow Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our clients, ensuring they feel relaxed and rejuvenated while also promoting our range of services and products to fit their needs. Duties * Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming clients and addressing their needs promptly. * Conduct studio tours and educate clients on the benefits of infrared therapy, red light therapy and halotherapy. * Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the client experience. * Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including processing credit card payments and making notes to better enhance the client experience. * Maintain an organized stock of products, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and displays are appealing. * Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client records efficiently. * Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and inviting studio, while maintaining time management. Qualifications * Previous experience in sales is highly preferred. * Strong communication skills. * Basic math skills ideal to assist clients with membership vs package financial decisions, and inventory management. * Ability to demonstrate knowledge effectively during tours and while assisting clients over the phone. * A proactive approach to upselling services and products to enhance client satisfaction. * Experience with POS systems is a plus. * A friendly outgoing demeanor with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and connect with clients.
