Bank of Bartlett was incorporated in the City of Bartlett by local investors and opened for business in 1980. Responsibilities Welcomes customers and provides routine information concerning sales and services and directs customers to appropriate employee for specific information and service. To assist customers with their financial transactions by providing outstanding sales and service while receiving and processing customer financial transactions, including deposits and loan payments; sells monetary instruments, transfers amounts from customer accounts as directed. Post transactions to customer accounts and maintain customer records, while working within all Federal Regulatory guidelines, Reg CC, BSA, and etc. Balances cash drawer and daily transactions. Displays and reinforces excellent sales and service to all customers and employees. Cross-sells all bank services. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * Three to five years of similar or related experience. * Previous cash handling experience. * Courtesy, customer service, and tact are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation. * Must have good communication skills. * Working knowledge of Windows computers and 10-key calculator; must be accurate with numbers and names. * Must be comfortable being on your feet for six to seven hours per day. * Must be able to lift 50 pounds or less in order to properly serve customers if required.
