We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales team in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. The Director of Sales will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and generating new business leads. This director-level role is pivotal for driving the company's growth and maintaining a competitive edge in the market. This role is located in Omaha, Nebraska and candidate must be located in the Omaha, Nebraska area.
Qualifications

- Experience: Extensive experience with B2B sales in packaging, dispensing, or janitorial/sanitation industries.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet targets
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
