Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. Moore Advanced Inc. is a Temporary Staffing provider that specializing in Lumping, that has been in business for over 15+ years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with customers. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Duties

• Engage in cold calling and outreach to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through regular follow-ups and support.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on sales management techniques and improve overall performance.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
• Track sales metrics and report on progress toward goals, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales , preferably in inside sales , direct sales , or outside sales roles.
• Strong skills in lead generation and account management , with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred.
