Responsibilities

• Achieve & Exceed Sales Goals Close new business and build lasting client relationships
• Make 100-150 Outbound Calls Daily Follow up on leads & generate new business
• Create Tailored Insurance Quotes Educate clients and recommend the right coverage
• Develop Local Business Relationships Work with real estate agents, lenders, and auto dealers
• Ensure a Positive Customer Experience Provide expert guidance and ongoing support

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
• 1+ Year of Insurance Sales Experience (Captive Agency Preferred)
• Self-Motivated & Competitive Thrives in a high-energy, results-driven environment
• Exceptional Communicator Confident, professional, and engaging
• Proactive Sales Mindset Enjoys building relationships and closing deals
• Willingness to Learn & Be Coached Always looking to improve and grow
