Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process from start to finish, ensuring a positive experience for prospective tenants while adhering to Fair Housing regulations. Your expertise in real estate administration and sales will be essential in promoting our properties and negotiating lease agreements. Responsibilities * Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants. * Manage the leasing process, including application processing and lease signing. * Maintain accurate records through data entry and file management for tenant applications and leases. * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations guidelines. * Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential renters. * Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, or in-person. * Negotiate lease terms with applicants while ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards. * Collaborate with the property management team to maintain high occupancy rates. Skills * Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software applications. * Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations. * Excellent sales skills with the ability to effectively promote properties. * Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. * Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor. * Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks is a plus. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse clientele.
