In-Home Sales Consultant - Energy Efficiency & Comfort

Job Summary

: Are you a driven sales professional passionate about helping homeowners improve their comfort, reduce energy bills, and make smarter home efficiency choices? Koala Insulation of Greenville is looking for a motivated In-Home Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners, assess their insulation needs, and offer tailored solutions--ideally closing the deal in a single visit. As a locally owned insulation contractor, we specialize in providing high- performance insulation services that increase comfort, improve indoor air quality, and lower energy consumption. In this role, you'll conduct in-home consultations, educate customers on the benefits of proper insulation, and recommend the most effective upgrades to meet their goals. What We 're Looking For:

• Proven success in consultative in-home sales
• Experience in the home improvement or energy efficiency industry a plus
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus
• Self-starter mindset with strong closing skills

Education and Experience

:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
