Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive who has experience with Hyundai and/or Genesis brand to join our team at a leading automotive dealership. Right candidate MUST to have experience with Hyundai and/or Genesis Dealership. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while guiding potential buyers through the car purchasing process. Your ability to build rapport with customers and effectively communicate the benefits of our vehicles will be crucial to your success. Responsibilities - Greet customers warmly and establish a positive rapport to understand their needs and preferences. - Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options. - Negotiate sales terms with customers to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. - Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer's experience. - Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles on the lot, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. - Follow up with potential leads through phone calls or emails to nurture relationships and encourage sales. - Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance. - Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business. Skills - Proven experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse clientele. - Excellent negotiation skills that lead to successful deal closures. - Proficiency in retail math to assist customers in understanding financing options and payment plans. - Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base. - Familiarity with dealership operations and automotive industry trends is advantageous. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing customer interactions.
