What You 'll Be Doing * Design and implement engaging sales training programs. * Evaluate and improve the performance of sales team members. * Provide ongoing support and coaching to enhance sales skills. * Collaborate with leadership to align training with company goals. * Track and analyze training effectiveness and make improvements.
