Job Description Starting Salary $70,000 annually The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing team of Sales Representatives to promote the GlobeX brand and drive revenue growth. This role involves overseeing daily sales operations, setting strategic goals, coaching team members, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a passion for mentoring others and a strong understanding of sales principles. Duties * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. * Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of GlobeX authorized products and travel packages as needed, modeling best practices. * Develop and execute sales strategies in alignment with company goals and market trends. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and operational efficiency. * Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to develop team skills and knowledge. * Track KPIs, analyze sales data, and provide detailed performance reports to senior leadership. * Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and a customer-first mindset. * Stay informed about the latest travel industry news, GlobeX products, and emerging trends. *Skills & Abilities * Proven experience in sales management or a senior sales role, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or related industry. * Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills. * Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. * High emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make strategic decisions based on insights.
