_Senior Manager, Sales enablement, Boston_ About Axiom: Axiom is where legal teams go to find the right talent for everything from routine in-house tasks to complex outside counsel work. Responsibilities Sales Enablement (70%) * Design and implement comprehensive sales enablement programs aligned with Axiom Law's business objectives and sales strategies * Develop and maintain sales playbooks, training materials, and other resources to enhance sales team effectiveness * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product) to ensure consistent messaging and up-to-date product knowledge * Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes Coaching Support (30%) * Develop coaching materials and resources for sales managers * Work closely with sales managers to implement effective coaching strategies * Serve as a resource for sales managers during coaching sessions * Identify best practices in sales coaching and share them across the organization Qualifications * 7+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales roles * Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs * Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies * Experience with sales enablement tools and Salesforce * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) Key Competencies * Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills * Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams * Strong project management and organizational skills * Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment At Axiom Law, we are dedicated to equipping our sales team with the essential tools, knowledge, and support necessary for success. As a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement, you will report directly to the Vice President of Sales Enablement and serve as an individual contributor. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in enhancing sales productivity and effectiveness, thereby contributing significantly to the growth and success of our company. Axiom's total rewards philosophy is to be transparent and equitable with all job candidates. The annual base salary range for this role based in Boston is $112,500- $126,500 You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary Bonus of 20% of your base salary for a Manager level role in our Sales enablement business unit.
