Lupe Maldonado-Thrasher Allstate Insurance of El Paso, TX is hiring for a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team! Benefits for the Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative/Agent: * Paid time off - personal time and Holidays * Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) * Competitive commission structure * Bonus incentive based on individual/agency performance * Training & coaching provided Qualifications for the Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative/Agent: * Bilingual in English/Spanish is required * Property & Casualty license is preferred, employee must be able to obtain within 30 days of offer date * At least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience is required * Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior * Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening * Must have strong interpersonal communication skills * Must be motivated and determined Responsibilities for the Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative/Agent: * Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales * Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed * Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries) * Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day * Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients Job Type: Part-time Pay: $26,999.00 - $110,215.00 per year Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Language: * Spanish (Required) License/Certification: * property and casualty (Required) Work Location: In person
