Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Assist in inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for pricing and financing calculations.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus.
• Experience in sales support or management roles is beneficial but not required.
