CU Auto Sales and Service is a 4.6 Star Google rated locally owned and operated dealership located in Salt Lake City, UT. We are looking for a Car Sales Professional to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated, positive, hardworking individual that is excited about growing with us. Job Description: The ideal candidate will be a positive and upbeat individual who is comfortable working in a team environment. The candidate will be responsible for greeting potential customers, working with them, close sales, do the financing if needed, and maintain positive relationships with customers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Prospecting and Establishing Business Relationships with New Customers, answer all incoming phone calls, texts, and chats; as well as greet all walk in customers. * Work with existing customers to close sales. * Meet or exceed monthly sales goals. * Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. * Maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure. * Create and maintain your own marketing plan via social media and other and contribute to the success of the businesses marketing. * Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Experience: * Must have reliable transportation to get to work every day. * Must have valid driver's license (Required) & (Required) Current MVR (Required) & Valid insurance (Required) * Must have excellent communication skills - verbal & written - interpersonal skills are required; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, customers, vendors, other departments, and potential customers; ability to multi-task; ability to work independently; ability to solve problems; attention to detail; strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize; ability to manage time effectively; ability to adapt and flexibility. Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. College degree is great.
