As a Retail Associate at Dalhouse, you'll be the welcoming face of the boutique -- greeting each guest with warmth, genuine enthusiasm, and impeccable service. What You'll Do: * Client Experience : Greet and assist guests in a warm, knowledgeable, and engaging manner -- making every visit feel special. * Sales & Styling: Offer thoughtful styling suggestions and personalized product recommendations based on our curated assortment. * Service-First Mindset : Uphold Dalhouse's high standard of customer service, ensuring every client leaves feeling seen and celebrated. * Sales Support : Confidently process purchases, handle returns, and maintain accuracy at the point of sale. * Store Presentation : Keep the store beautifully merchandised, clean, and fully stocked throughout the day -- before open and after close. * Product Knowledge : Stay informed about our latest arrivals, brand stories, and seasonal collections to offer exceptional insight to clients. * Team Collaboration : Support pop-ups, in-store events, and other activations, contributing to a collaborative and inspiring store culture. What We're Looking For: * Retail Experience : A background in boutique or customer-facing retail is preferred. * Style Savvy & Child-Friendly: You love good design, have an eye for detail, and feel comfortable engaging with both moms and little ones. * Flexible Schedule : Availability to work part-time, including some Saturdays and peak holiday seasons. * Excellent Communication : You're warm, articulate, and take feedback with grace. * Eagerness to Learn : You're proactive and always looking to grow and support the store's success. * Physical Readiness : Comfortable standing for extended periods and assisting with light lifting or restocking.
