Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Driver Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers while ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships. You will play a crucial role in promoting our brand through effective communication and upselling techniques, all while managing inventory and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Duties * Drive delivery vehicles to transport products to various customer locations. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Upsell products during deliveries to maximize sales opportunities. * Organize and manage inventory on the vehicle, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained. * Perform heavy lifting and loading/unloading of products as required. * Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure smooth operations. * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and sales transactions. * Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while driving and handling products. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job. * Valid driving license mandatory. * Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and delivery schedules efficiently. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. * A military background is a plus, showcasing discipline and teamwork abilities. * A proactive approach to upselling and promoting products during customer interactions.
