What You 'll Be Doing * Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, research, and referrals. * Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and offering customized logistics solutions. * Act as the key liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and timely deliveries. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using internal CRM and transportation management systems. * Support pricing and bid strategy to help win competitive opportunities. * Monitor shipments, resolve service issues, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.
