Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise, making it essential for candidates to possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology. Responsibilities * Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing day-to-day service and support for their insurance needs. * Lead client meetings, including occasional in-person visits. * Manage renewals, audits, claims, endorsements, and new coverage placements. * Design and recommend insurance programs tailored to business needs. * Build and maintain strong carrier relationships and monitor market trends. * Collaborate with producers to identify and close new business opportunities. * Analyze client data to prepare coverage reviews, stewardship reports, and risk strategies. * Mentor junior staff and contribute to team collaboration and renewal strategies. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of carrier offerings, underwriting practices, and industry updates. * Participate in agency initiatives, including book reviews, process improvement, and strategic planning. * Travel occasionally as needed. Skills * 5+ years of experience preferred. * Focused on supporting real estate clients, including property portfolios and commercial landlords. * Strong knowledge of property-related risk exposures and market trends. * Active Property & Casualty license required.
