Key Responsibilities: Generate auto and home insurance quotes using our agency systems * Provide excellent customer service and support to clients * Assist with processing and maintaining client records * Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to follow processes and take training seriously * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * College degree in business is helpful but not required * Sales experience is a plus, though not required * Why Join Us?
