The Upton Apartments is hiring a Leasing Consultant to join our team in Hollywood for an immediate opportunity! Every day is a little different for our Leasing Consultants but the main responsibilities encompass all activities related to apartment rentals, move- ins, lease renewals and resident retention and interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in paperwork and procedures. What are we looking for? * 1+ years of residential leasing experience is preferred * Someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and organized * Knowledge of Yardi or similar software's is preferred * Ultimate team-player We may have other opportunities closer to home!
