We are proactively looking for a Retail Sales Associate to fill a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associates * Participate in hands-on training to learn the ins and outs of the role, including product features, benefits, and how to effectively guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions. * Connect with customers in a friendly, approachable manner, using consultative sales techniques to identify their needs and recommend products that best suit them. * Master the full sales process, from greeting customers to closing the sale, ensuring you educate them on all the benefits and features. * Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines while interacting with customers to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience for everyone. * Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect customer privacy, ensuring they feel comfortable and trust your expertise during the sales process. * Collaborate with Retail Sales Associate team members to create a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers, continuously striving to improve satisfaction and drive sales performance. * Listen actively to customer concerns and provide solutions, using your problem-solving skills to exceed their expectations and ensure a smooth and positive experience. Requirements of the Retail Sales Associates: * A High School diploma or GED is required. * Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidates! * Excellent communication skills, a passion for helping people, and the ability to connect with a wide range of customers. * A natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and finds creative solutions. * Flexible, motivated, and eager to adapt to an ever-evolving retail environment. * Team player who thrives in a collaborative setting and is excited to contribute to the team's success. * Dedicated to upholding ethical values and acting with integrity in every interaction * Reliable transportation to commute to the office or retail locations.
