• Delivering top-tier customer service
• Assisting with product inquiries and order support
• Operating our Point-of-Sale system
• Picking and packing online, phone, and in-store orders
• Restocking inventory and maintaining warehouse organization
• Ensuring accurate inventory input and shipping processes
• Keeping the workplace clean and safe We 'll provide all the training you need! What We're Looking For: Preferred (but not required):
• Experience in retail, merchandising, or shipping
• Familiarity with tobacco and herb accessories
• Background in head shops, dispensaries, or wholesale distribution Must-Haves:
• 21+ years old
• Previous cash handling experience
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Team player with a great attitude and a willingness to learn
• Basic math skills and comfort working in a warehouse setting Job Details:
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $15.00 - $16.00/hour
• Hours: 30-35 per week
