Job description Moore Cadillac of Chantilly, a premier dealership in the Northern Viriginia area, is looking for Internet Sales Specialists to join our team. The Internet Sales Specialists, known in the industry, are the first people our customers speak to on the phone and via the internet. Internet Sales Specialists are responsible for handling our numerous incoming phone calls and internet requests as well as scheduling appointments. We are looking for candidates who have a professional voice and are empathetic to the customer's needs. This is a great career opportunity for applicants with automotive experience or any other customer service/telephone contact experience. Proficient computer and internet skills are a MUST! We offer:

Responsibilities

:

• Answers all incoming calls and internet inquiries to the department and schedules appointments.
• Makes phone calls to customers after they have visited the showroom to find out about their experience.
• Makes outbound calls to current customers to remind them of lease termination or equity positions in retail vehicles.
• Helps customers with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products, and services via phone, email, text, or chat.

Qualifications

• Must have a clear, articulate, and pleasant speaking voice.
• Customer service and/or telephone contact experience
• Must be friendly and upbeat and like talking on the phone helping people find answers to their questions.
• Excellent communication skills a plus (writing and speaking)
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time.
• Excellent telephone skills,-bi-lingual a plus Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
