Summary: Valley Forge Insurance Brokerage (VFIB) is a nationwide wholesaler and a division of Philadelphia Insurance Companies (PHLY). VFIB specializes in writing the coverages that PHLY does not offer. This includes Workers' Compensation, Inland Marine, Wind & Hail Deductible Buy-down and other specialty coverages. As a Senior Account Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing our business by supporting our team members, agents, and carriers while ensuring accurate policy processing and delivering exceptional service. A typical day will include: * Building Relationships - Establish and maintain strong connections with agents and carriers to facilitate new and renewal business. * Analyzing & Reviewing - Evaluate documents for accuracy and compliance, discussing any changes in exposure, competition, pricing, or coverage concerns. * Sales & Cross-Selling - Use product knowledge to expand current accounts and introduce new business opportunities. * Policy Servicing - Process endorsements, audits, and renewals, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. * Providing Expertise - Answer coverage-related questions within your delegated authority. * Organized Documentation - Maintain accurate records of policy transactions and correspondence within our agency management systems (AIM and ImageRight).
