As a Senior Account Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing our business by supporting our team members, agents, and carriers while ensuring accurate policy processing and delivering exceptional service. A typical day will include:

• Building Relationships - Establish and maintain strong connections with agents and carriers to facilitate new and renewal business.
• Analyzing & Reviewing - Evaluate documents for accuracy and compliance, discussing any changes in exposure, competition, pricing, or coverage concerns.
• Sales & Cross-Selling - Use product knowledge to expand current accounts and introduce new business opportunities.
• Policy Servicing - Process endorsements, audits, and renewals, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Providing Expertise - Answer coverage-related questions within your delegated authority.
• Organized Documentation - Maintain accurate records of policy transactions and correspondence within our agency management systems (AIM and ImageRight).

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; a college degree is preferred
• Property & Casualty license required
• Minimum 2-3 years Property & Casualty insurance industry experience
• Familiarity with wholesale or retail operations and working with both agents and carriers
• Workers'
