Full description of the position

FULL TIME Bilingual Leasing Professional wanted for brand new luxury apartment community Orlando.

  • Must have 2 years leasing experience
  • Must be Bilingual
  • Lease-up experience preferred
  • Able to meet and exceed sales objectives based on property goals
  • Must be a self-starter, organized, enthusiastic and have excellent time management and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills required (Word, Publisher, Excel and Outlook) OneSite accounting software experience preferred
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for marketing purpose. We are looking for someone who not only connects well with people but also has a knack for social media. If you enjoy creating engaging posts and have an eye for simple graphics, that's a big plus!
  • Weekends required, must be able to work a flexible schedule Great benefits including paid sick and vacation time, health, dental, vision and 401(k) EOE/DFWP Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
