What You 'll Do: * Be the Go-To Expert: Assist agents with policy administration, carrier requests, and issue resolution. * Support & Advise: Help agents navigate policies, industry knowledge, and carrier options. * Stay Organized: Keep records up to date and ensure smooth business communication. * Build Connections: Foster relationships with agents and carrier partners. Who You Are: * Eager to Learn: Insurance knowledge is a plus, but a growth mindset is key. * Team Player: Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Detail-Oriented: You catch the small things and solve problems proactively. * Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Outlook, Microsoft Suite and online portals.
