Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers as they enter the store with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Assist customers in finding products and providing them with product information.
• Process customer returns and exchanges following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring merchandise displays are attractive and well-stocked.
• Promote sales and special offers to customers and encourage them to sign up for loyalty programs.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, new arrivals, and store promotions.
