Joe's Trailer is a family owned and operated trailer dealership that is looking for a Full Time Retail Sales/Lot Sales Representative. We are growing rapidly and looking to add a motivated member to our team! This position offers a base hourly + commission and bonuses. Responsibilities The Retail Sales/Lot Sales Representative is responsible for providing sales coverage and support to Joe's retail customers. You will assist with walk-in clientele, plus grow existing customer accounts, facilitate lead generation, and qualify leads generated through advertising and other channels. * Responds to the needs of walk-in customers. * Contacts prospective customers to determine customer needs, present product information, and explain available services. Provides information brochures and other literature to inform customers and influence buying decisions. * Stays current on Joe's product lines and competitive products in order to offer the best solutions based on customer interests * Presents equipment and finance options and solutions, as needed. * Pulls and stocks parts * Works with customers on service orders and pulls parts for technicians. * Quotes and closes Trailer sales and product support transactions. * Completes all required sales documentation including finance contracts. * Follows all sales processes and procedures. * Partners with management to ensure marketing campaigns are directed to the right opportunities for retail customers.
