As an ambassador for Game-Set-Match, Inc. the Sales Associate greets customers in a friendly and helpful manner. The Sales Associate assists customers in selecting appropriate items throughout the store, including all racquet and paddle sport equipment that we carry. Sales Associates must maintain a professional demeanor. Sales Associate Job Duties: Racquet Stringing Use of company Point of Sale system Greet and assist customers with selection and purchases Answer phones Maintain a clean and neat work environment Stay informed and educated on string, racquet, paddle, shoe technology. Attends team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer concerns. Effectively and efficiently communicate with team members and managers.
