About the Role: We're excited to invite a dynamic Leasing Associate to our growing team in Rialto, CA. This role is integral to supporting over 300 units, ensuring an exceptional leasing experience for prospective residents while fostering a positive community atmosphere. What You 'll Do: * Welcome prospective residents, conduct property tours, and guide them through the application, screening, and move-in processes. * Market available units, maintain leasing materials, and update online listings to attract high-quality applicants. * Support resident retention by addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and care. * Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information in Yardi property management software. * Collaborate with the property management team to ensure units are rent-ready and meet high standards of cleanliness and quality. What We 're Looking For: * At least 2 years of leasing, preferably in multifamily property management. * At least 1 year of BOND experience. * Previous experience supporting over 300 units. * Familiarity with Yardi software and proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach. * A proactive problem-solver dedicated to creating a welcoming and vibrant community for residents.
