Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting the right insurance policies to meet their needs. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of various insurance products. As an Insurance Broker, you will act as an intermediary between clients and insurance companies, ensuring that clients receive the best coverage options available. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. * Conduct thorough market research to identify suitable insurance products. * Present and explain policy options to clients, highlighting benefits and coverage details. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies on behalf of clients. * Assist clients with benefits administration, ensuring they understand their coverage. * Handle outside sales activities, including networking and prospecting for new clients. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, from initial consultation to claims assistance. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using sales administration tools. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and HIPAA compliance requirements. Requirements * Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively. * Familiarity with benefits administration processes is a plus. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are highly desirable. * Experience in outside sales or telemarketing is beneficial. * Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client accounts. * A valid insurance license may be required based on state regulations.
