Responsibilities * Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs with exceptional customer service skills. * Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services while effectively communicating options. * Document service orders and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. * Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery. * Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. * Stay updated on automotive trends and dealership practices to provide informed advice.
