High Earning Potential 100% commission-based position Join our Top Sales Representatives at ABC Seamless of Nebraska - The Leader in Seamless Steel Siding and Home Improvement Products! * Unlimited earning potential - $80k to $200k + first year out average * 100% commission with no earning cap * Professional training * Company provided leads * Over 45 years of quality and experience * Culture focused - community, employee incentives, company paid annual trips for top performers ABC Seamless of Nebraska is looking for: * Competitive, driven, assertive and enthusiastic sales representatives * Highly ambitious, persuasive, self-motivated, detail/goal oriented and customer focused * Strong communication, self-disciplined and sense of accountability * Excellent selling and negotiating skills * Strong passion for sales with an entrepreneurial mindset Responsibilities * Conduct professional in-home sales presentations with the industry's leading home improvements products * Educate and build trust, identify customers needs/wants to provide proven solutions for their home * Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships * Expedite the resolution of customer concerns to maximize customer satisfaction * Coordinate sales effort with all department team members * Negotiate and submit sales orders * Participation in all sales meetings and ongoing training * Lead Generation/Networking activities * Attend home shows and other lead generating events Qualifications * Preferred 2 years of successful professional selling experience * HS degree or equivalent * Drivers license * Basic computer and math skills * Ability to lift 40 lbs.
