Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, strong customer service skills, and the ability to close deals effectively. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and guiding them through the sales process. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. * Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles from our inventory. * Conduct product presentations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Stay up-to-date on inventory, promotions, and industry trends. * Complete all necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements. Qualifications: * Minimum of 1 year of automotive sales experience is required. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. * Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
