Overview

We're looking for a motivated, sales pro to help us connect people with homes! This is a full-time role for someone who loves talking to people, knows their way around social media , and wants to help families find a place to call home. You'll work directly with Spencer Buys Houses and Seor Spencer to engage potential buyers , showcase available properties, and help close deals. If you're a people person with a car, a phone, and a drive to hustle , let's talk! What You 'll Be Doing

• Engage with potential buyers in person, over the phone, and through DMs/social media.
• Post and promote homes daily across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp, Cambalache, and more.
• Respond quickly to buyer inquiries and schedule property showings.
• Follow up with interested buyers and help move them toward purchasing.
• Track buyer activity and keep our lead database updated.
• Work closely with Spencer and the team to move properties fast. What We 're Looking For
• (Spanish & English) - Must be fluent!
• Strong communication skills -- you know how to talk to anyone, anywhere.
• Phone + Car -- You'll be out in the field and on the phone daily.
• A self-starter who's motivated by sales and commission.
• Comfortable with Facebook groups, Instagram, TikTok , and other social platforms.
• Reliable, coachable, and excited to grow with a high-volume real estate company. Nice to Have
• Sales experience (real estate, retail, or any kind of hustle).
• Familiarity with real estate or willingness to learn fast.
