Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Leasing Agent at BK Management in Crawfordsville, IN. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to leases, showings, property management, and resident retention. Pay

Duties

:

• Show units to prospective tenants and process move-in paperwork for qualified applicants.
• Encourage prospective tenants to lease from us by positioning our community in a favorable light and offering the best possible customer service.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and emails.
• Cold calling and lead generating.
• Reach sales goals.
• Maintain a strong closing ratio.
• Complete all required paperwork and administrative duties.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work and stay on task without continuous direct supervision.
• Ability to make judgement calls with the best interest of the asset in mind.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous leasing/management experience a plus.
