Overview

: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our property management team. The successful candidate will oversee leasing and assist with resident relations, ensuring a seamless experience for both our tenants and potential clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in property leasing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

: - Manage the leasing process for our office properties, including coordinating tours, negotiating lease agreements, and handling all administrative tasks associated with the process. - Utilize our property management software, Appfolio, to effectively manage leases, track rent, and maintain accurate records. - Respond promptly to all inquiries, providing detailed information about our properties and services to potential tenants. - Conduct property inspections to ensure they are well-maintained and ready for occupancy. - Handle conflicts or issues that may arise during the leasing process, using conflict management skills to resolve the matter in a professional and timely manner.- Create social media posts; manage company website ads/availability. - Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring that all files and documents are up-to-date and easily accessible. - Collaborate with the property management team to ensure that all lease agreements are executed according to company policies and procedures. - Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to property management and leasing.

Qualifications

: - Proven experience in property leasing or a related field. - Strong knowledge of property management and leasing principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize deadlines. - Familiarity with Appfolio or similar property management software. - Experience with legal administrative tasks is a plus. - Experience working in an office environment is a plus. - A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
