Nominated a Top Workplace nine years in a row! Hornig Companies seeks an Assistant Portfolio Manager to support our city portfolio in our home office. We have a unique position available that will assist two portfolio managers overseeing approximately 1,000 units in several small buildings throughout Minneapolis and the surrounding suburbs with the day to day operations of resident relations, renewals, inspections, marketing, and leasing. What are some of the things I would do? This is a multi-faceted high contribution setting that will quickly put you in a position to learn all things property management.
