Description: Archetype is seeking a Business Development Representative to work with our fast-growing sales and marketing team to pursue new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. This role's responsibilities include: * Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities * Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails & other innovative ways * Present our company to potential clients * Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market * Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Outside Sales team. * Report to the SVP | Business Development on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results Requirements: Required Qualifications: (Must Have) * Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) * Passionate about sales and technology * Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) * Understanding of sales performance metrics * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Experience with selling services Preferred Qualifications: (Nice-To-Have) * Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Account Executive or similar role * BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field * Experience with Marketing Automation Pardot * Understanding of EPM/CPM Solutions such as HFM, FCCS, Anaplan, OneStream, etc. * Understanding of Modern Analytics Solutions technologies such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Fivetran, Dataiku, DataRobot, Matillion, Tableau, dbt, Thoughtspot, etc.
