NYC real estate company seeks an experienced Leasing professional to oversee residential leasing. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Manage lease negotiations for portfolio of over 2500 apartments, mostly located in NYC * Oversee staff of leasing agents and administrators * Determine market value of apartments * Prepare reports and participate in budget process * Manage the marketing and advertising strategies * Manage the leasing sections of the websites and social networking * Assist in the sales of residential units Qualified candidates will possess the following: * 4 year college degree * 10 + years experience in the NYC Residential Real Estate Industry * Experience with Yardi * Demonstrated understanding of market and stabilized rents and regulations * Must have knowledge of various NYC rent supplemental programs * Must have knowledge of current NYC regulations * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Solid analytical ability * High level of energy, attention to detail, and professionalism * Ability to multi-task and change direction quickly * Desire to succeed in a fast paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Evenings as needed * Monday to Friday Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Residential Leasing Management: 6 years (Required) * Yardi: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
