NYC real estate company seeks an experienced Leasing professional to oversee residential leasing.

Responsibilities

will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage lease negotiations for portfolio of over 2500 apartments, mostly located in NYC
• Oversee staff of leasing agents and administrators
• Determine market value of apartments
• Prepare reports and participate in budget process
• Manage the marketing and advertising strategies
• Manage the leasing sections of the websites and social networking
• Assist in the sales of residential units Qualified candidates will possess the following:
• 4 year college degree
• 10 + years experience in the NYC Residential Real Estate Industry
• Experience with Yardi
• Demonstrated understanding of market and stabilized rents and regulations
• Must have knowledge of various NYC rent supplemental programs
• Must have knowledge of current NYC regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid analytical ability
• High level of energy, attention to detail, and professionalism
• Ability to multi-task and change direction quickly
• Desire to succeed in a fast paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
