This isn't your average front desk role. You'll be the first point of contact for leads and future members. What You 'll Do: * Deliver an Elite First Impression Make every potential member feel welcomed, heard, and excited from the very first call or text. * Master the Follow-Up Game Use phone, text, and email to follow up with leads, answer questions, and schedule consultations that drive membership growth. * Convert Conversations to Consults Confidently communicate the value of our programs, book appointments, and help prospects take action. * Schedule Seamlessly Coordinate consults with our team's availability and ensure a smooth experience for potential members. * Stay Organized & ProactiveTrack leads, follow-ups, and outcomes using our CRM and stay on top of your pipeline like a pro. * Promote with Purpose Support gym promotions, events, and referral campaigns that keep our community strong and growing. What You Bring to the Table: * Previous experience in customer service, phone sales, or inside sales is a strong plus. * A passion for fitness and a belief in helping people live healthier, stronger lives. * High energy, excellent communication, and a solution-focused mindset. * Strong organization and time management skills. * A self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team. * Availability to work a flexible, part-time schedule (approx. 20 hours per week). Compensation: * Base Salary: Up to $20,000 annually * Performance Bonus: Based on appointments booked and phone sales Strong performers can earn up to $35,000+ annually in a part-time, flexible role!
