Overview

: We're looking for ambitious, coachable, and self-motivated Insurance Brokers to join our team. Whether you're experienced in the financial industry or new to sales - if you can build rapport, follow a proven process, and close deals - you'll win here. What You 'll Do:

• Conduct virtual consultations with prospects via phone or Zoom
• Customize plans based on health, needs and budget
• Use provided tools (CRM, quoting and underwriting software, etc.) to guide the customer journey
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with leads regularly
• Work fresh leads and/or self-generate opportunities if desired
• Collaborate with our support team to ensure same day client approvals

• Proven sales ability (Insurance, solar, real estate, door-to-door sales, or call center experience a plus)
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Tech-savvy - you're comfortable with Zoom, CRMs, and digital tools
• A winning mindset and willingness to learn Bonus Points If You Have:
• Insurance sales experience (Life or Health)
• Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred but not required)
• Team building experience
