OVERVIEW We are seeking an Inside Sales representative who doesn't mind cold calling businesses to generate sales as well as conduct office sales support. To be considered for this position, someone has to have recent cold calling experience, preferably B2B. This job will be fully in office and has a base pay up to $55k/year with monthly commission ranging anywhere from $300-$700/month, bringing the total comp opportunity up to about $63k/year. This position is fully on-site Monday-Friday 8-5 in Knoxville. DETAILS * Conduct B2B inside sales within the Knoxville territory * Call and email businesses in the area to solicit new business * Send contracts and service agreements to potential clients * Process billing changes, new business, or cancellations * Answer phones from current clients for service inquiries * Dispatch reps or service team as needed * Coordinate product deliveries, pick-up, and service * In-office position Monday-Friday from 8-5 QUALIFICATIONS * Cold calling experience required * Highly detailed and organized to handle multiple moving parts * Must be great with follow-up in order to not only close sales but to handle customer service requests and additional inquiries * Very personable and professional communicator, both written and verbally * Comfortable with Excel and email systems PAY/BENEFITS * Up to $55k/year DOE * $300-$700/month or so in commission * Company benefits & PTO staffing Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
