Kaufman Shoes in Memphis, TN. is looking for retail salespeople to join our strong team. We are located on 6515 Poplar Ave. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working. This person will be responsible for understanding extensive product knowledge. Responsibilities: * Ensure a superior customer experience. * Accurate operation of the cash register for ringing up sales. * Develop knowledge of the different products in the store, with the ability to share that knowledge with others. * Assist customers by demonstrating products, emphasizing features and benefits, and answering customer questions * Assist with keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and updated based on sales and marketing plans. * Comply with all company policies and procedures * Maintain scheduling commitments Qualifications * Must be 18 years of age or older * 1-2 years of Customer Service experience preferred * Demonstrates effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. * Self-starter who can prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, team environment * Must be able to stand and walk for the length of their shift. * Ability to carry three shoe boxes at a time. * Friendly and outgoing personality * Excellent verbal skills We are looking forward to receiving your application.
