Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service and Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to analyze sales data to drive performance. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. * Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking and referrals. * Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics. * Engage with clients through outside sales efforts, presenting product solutions that meet their needs. * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Requirements * Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. * Previous experience in technical sales is a plus but not required. * A commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.
