Superior Fence & Rail of Memphis is an industry leader seeking an experienced full time Inside Sales & Operations Specialist. Pay starts at $17.00 - $20.00 per hour , depending on experience. Typical work schedule is 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. Please note that all offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing drug testing and background check. Job responsibilities include: * Make outbound calls to set appointments with prospective customers * Receive inbound calls from customers * Provide support to customers, handle inquiries * Learn permitting process and requirements for permitting * Submit all HOA applications and follow up as they progress * In-house process for new contracts * Use industry specific software to produce materials list * Enter estimates and sales orders in Quick-books * Submit invoices for payment * Process payments Benefits: * Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD Insurance * 401k with Company Match * Paid time off (Holidays, vacation, sick) Minimum requirements: * Computer skills (Google's G Suite is preferred) * High School Diploma or Equivalent * Pass background check (no felonies or sex offenses) * Pass drug screening The Superior candidate will be: * Skilled in verbal and written communication * Highly attentive to detail * Organized * A self-starter * Proficient in typing and computer skills * Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude * Experienced and proficient in Quick-books and G Suite software If you are interested in the Inside Sales & Operations Specialist position, please apply directly at [please apply online] or through Indeed.
